My sister isn’t the biggest fan of working out. She prefers taking walks around the neighborhood over hitting the gym, which is totally fine. She often feels overwhelmed by all the equipment and finds it hard to keep up with her busy schedule.
So when I came across Fit Body Boot Camp which is a program that only requires 30-minute sessions, I figured this would be perfect for her. I made a few inquiries about the Fit Body Boot Camp membership cost and found out that the rates vary per location however the average would be around $198 per month. I’ll reveal more details in this post.

Been coming here for over a year. Life lessons I am really happy to have learned going here (in addition to getting a good workout):
– You can try anything in short increments (you rotate around and aren’t doing any one activity for too long)
– Having a routine removes indecision. Going at the same time every day, knowing that they have planned a good, quick, hard workout for you makes it so I can think about other things.
– Feedback is best if quick, timely and specific. I’m a new manager and sometimes overthink feedback. Coaches here consistently give suggestions that is not critical – just tweaks to help you reach your goals.

Love this gym! I have tried other bootcamp style gyms in my area and nothing has compared. All the coaches are super down to earth and so welcoming. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I did a 2 week trial of this place to mix it up from our usual routine. He’d never taken ANY group workouts (except yoga) and he really enjoyed it as well. If you are thinking about it and are worried that it will be too hard, just go for it, as all the instructors are very nice and will happily help you modify anything too hard. It’s 45 minute HIIT workouts, so can accommodate all levels (lots of badass strong moms in all classes who often out-perform the big jocks!) and their high-energy community-style approach makes it fun if you have the time to fit it in your schedule!
