iLoveKickboxing is a chain of fitness studios that aims to give each member a full body workout. But more than that, it’s a community. You have great instructors, friendly staff, a happy energy and a suitable space to motivate you to reach your fitness goals. There’s no iLoveKickboxing studio near me (not anymore anyway) which is unfortunate. But I have attended a few classes before and I will tell you all about the iLoveKickboxing membership cost, benefits and other details in this post.

What are iLoveKickboxing Classes?

iLoveKickboxing’s standard class is 45 minutes, but some locations may have 30 minute classes as well as 60 minute classes. Each class will have anywhere between 10 to 30 attendees. I’ve been to a class with just 8 people but it was fun all the same.

The class starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down. In between you’ll also do some stretching, then some bag rounds where the instructor will teach you technique and boxing combos, then you’ll do drills with a partner.

What are the iLoveKickboxing Membership Costs?

iLoveKickboxing offers different membership options depending on which location you go to. Right now, they have introductory promotions that you can avail of to kickstart your fitness journey with budget-friendly pricing.

$30 for 3 Classes

This includes 3 Kickboxing Classes.

Previous price: $90

$40 for 5 Classes

This includes 5 Kickboxing Classes.

Previous price: $150

These offers are only available to first-time clients and must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Some iLoveKickboxing studios offer 12-month memberships for 149 a month, and $99 on the first month. Other iLoveKickboxing  locations offer a 3-month unlimited plan for just $179.73.

What to Prepare for Your First iLoveKickboxing Class

Here’s everything you need to know to prepare you for your first class:

  • Arrive 15-30 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the studio.
  • Don’t forget your water bottle and sweat towel, as well as your gloves and wraps.
  • Leave your shoes outside the room.
  • Follow the coach’s lead but feel free to adjust to your own pace.
  • Prioritize your comfort during class.

The coaches will guide you through hand wrapping, yogaworks and basic punches so no need to learn these before coming to class.

Should I Bring My Own Gear?

Many iLoveKickboxing locations let you rent gloves and wraps but it’s best to call ahead to be sure your local studio has this option.

Does iLoveKickboxing Have Childcare?

No, iLoveKickboxing studios do not offer childcare services.

What is the Minimum Age Requirement for iLoveKickboxing?

To join iLoveKickboxing classes, participants must be at least 13 years old. For those aged 13-17, a parent or guardian must accompany them to their first class. It’s worth noting that age requirements may vary by studio. For more information, please contact your local iLoveKickboxing studio directly.

Dorienne is an amazing teacher. She spends so much one on one time with everyone who attends the class, making sure they get a chance to improve their form and technique. I’ve been to so many fitness classes where you’re pretty much flying solo in a large group and don’t get that sort of opportunity to grow. Also her 00’s music playlist for the class is so on point! Brings me back to high school.

In general this studio feels like a community. It’s incredibly supportive and welcoming. I really feel at home here and I highly recommend checking it out.

Jess and Jon will give you the best workout of your life! Every time!!! It’s more than just about working out. It’s about changing your life style, about accountability! I have made a family here at ILKB Concord! Best decision ever! They made Covid piece of cake! First class is free! Come check it out. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been meaning to try this place out for awhile and finally got a set of five classes. I just finished my third class there this morning and each time, it leaves me sweaty and tired, which is a good thing! I’ve been going to the morning classes and there’s definitely an energy in there that wakes you up.

Really good instruction and good vibes all around.

Is Joining iLoveKickboxing Worth It?

The studios are comfortable and big enough to accommodate everyone. The workouts are tough and will really test your endurance and mental strength. But for me, what really stands out is the iLoveKickboxing community. The instructors are amazing, the staff are great and the people you workout with are always fun and supportive. Some would say joining iLoveKickboxing is the best decision they’ve ever made!
