Awesome studio. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Being a guest from out of town they offered me a free first time class. Mat and towel were also free.

Very cool, industrial space with awesome views of the city. Clean and large, full showers and lockers, mats were clean and odor-free. Room was nice and hot and moist.

Adam gave a great motivational Hot Power Fusion class. I’ll definitely consider going to some classes at some studios near my home. This is a very professionally-run business.

Words cannot express how obsessed I am with this place. I’ve been coming here a few weeks now (3 times a week as well) and every class has been terrific. I love yoga sculpt with Drew Ann, she has great music and the vibe keeps you motivated through the class. The C2 class with Micheal Fireborn is uplifting and fuels your soul mentally and physically. The C1 with Sarah was great because she walks you through intention, positioning, and gives options for adjustments all while her voice is calming. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and an expert in their craft. Even the people who attend are so sweet and it is a beautiful community. I truly love it here.
