Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, YouFit members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days (2 months) at a time, but no more than 180 days in a single calendar year. Please contact your local YouFit gym if you want to freeze your membership.
Can I bring a guest to YouFit?
YouFit Premium and Premium+ members can bring guests anytime for free. Your guests can join a group class simply by paying $5. They need to show a photo ID to gain entry to the gym.
Does YouFit Offer a Free Trial?
Absolutely. YouFit offers a 3-day pass for guests (not a member within the last 90 days) and must be 18 years old and up. You should also be a local resident and will need to show a photo ID. To avail of this offer, fill out the form here.

I belong to several gyms in the area and with so many choices I often find myself frequenting this one. It’s not even necessarily the most equipped gym in the area, but their staff alone make this place a gem. Dwayne and Martin both are just the best. They remember your name, ask what you’re working out and will even give form advice on things if you’re open to it.
When your business model is based around retaining clientele you want employees who have mastered the basics – customer focused, curious, and positive. I don’t need you to sell me stuff that I don’t want or need, just make the place I come four times a week one that I look forward to going to.
I believe if this location can keep and bring on more people like these two then they’ll have a really good chance of standing out in the market.

Clean facilities, no shortage of spray cleaner and towels for equipment
Updated equipment with good variety sufficient for anyone who looking for generalized fitness or is entering into body building, strength training or power lifting.
Many trainers available for various specialties including power lifting and boxing. Very reasonable base ymca membership rates and reasonable prices for personal training. Staff are consistently pleasant and helpful

They definitely could use some more machines and weights but they’ve done a great job with the space they have.
For $10/month you can have unlimited access to a single gym. For $21/month, you get access to all gyms, discounted drinks, AND you get to bring a friend every single time.

YouFit offers great value with gym fitness membership costs ranging from $9.99 to $36.99 with commitment. I’ve not tried them personally since they don’t have any gyms here in LA and the reviews are mixed. But it seems to be a decent gym with friendly staff and all the workout equipment you need.
