Your Fitness 365 A 24 Hour Gym: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

Garbage place! If I could leave less of a review I honestly would. Would love to thank Vinny for his horrible customer service. I appreciate you laughing at me and being unable to communicate as an adult should. How can I explain this place, It's like a guy set up his home gym then allowed people to come use it. Don't bother wasting your money here. Everything is absolutely run down. Broken, or on the verge of breaking. Only one of anything. If they even have it. Vending machines are usually empty. No working water machines. Hope it doesn't rain the time you wanna get a workout in cuz you'll be dodging buckets all over the floor and from above. Only good thing about this place is that it's 24/7. Just hope you aren't there when someone else is. 4 people in this place and it feels crowded. Called to see who I needed to speak to about my membership. I explained that I needed to cancel my membership early! Vinny didn't care to ask why just asked for my info so he could find my account. I explained I still had a month left on my membership and if I could get a refund for that remaining month. His response was NO and quickly offered to forward me my user agreement. Said it was all in there and confirmed my email. After he then offered to "place my membership on hold". I declined and explained that if that was an option why he didn't offer it before when he just said NO. Vinny began to laugh and told me he thought it was funny. Not sure what he found funny. When I asked him he said he just thought it was funny and hung up on me! Excellent customer service from a guy with a fragile ego. Guess he's not used to being told no. Yikes. Big Red flag for the company. Hope they use the money from my unused month to fix up the place.

Clean and organized gym with a good amount of free weights and machines. Main downside is if you come in after 4pm pretty everything except treadmills are busy and you'll end up waiting to be able to use a bench. Also bathrooms (mens) could use a cleaning. Doesn't seem like they get a deep clean that often, and the showers have had a fly infestation for a couple of weeks now and definitely hasn't been deep cleaned for a while.
