I joined WCC in November of 2026 and my journey has been truly inspirational and transformative. After month 1, I noticed significant changes in my body, especially my stomach area and I am a lot stronger. Beth, Joey and Edgar have all been fantastic trainers and continue to challenge me to my fullest potential. Joining WCC has been life changing and I only wish I had joined years ago. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and making me feel like I am part of the WCC family. ❤️

Dropped in from out of state while visiting all vineyards. Great gym with an amazing staff. Clean and organized, always supportive. From day one felt comfortable and in "no judgment" zone. I have tried other crossfit gyms when I drop in and have felt uncomfortable with movements and was afraid to get hurt. At Wine Country CrossFit Coaches take pride in making sure their members understand the proper technique and take pre-cautions for you to not get hurt. They will correct you if you are doing something wrong, it's like having a personal trainer there for you at all times :) Their programming is hard but good and always on point! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ps. You have to workout all those food and wine calories somehow 🤭

Having the opportunity to be apart of Wine Country CrossFit has significantly improved my wellbeing. Whenever im feeling lonely, going to the gym immediately makes me feel better. The community is amazing and completely nonjudgmental and supportive. Besides that my general health and strength have improved significantly. The trainers have a terrific sense of humor, are very understanding, and are always willing to help. The compassionate demeanor truly makes a big impact. It’s a place where i can develop both mentally and physically where i feel like I belong, not simply a gym. I highly recommend everyone to join!!
