Overall the gym is very nice. Good selection of equipment and the gym staff are friendly. It is the best gym in town. One bummer is the cleanliness seems superficial. Staff are vacuuming or wiping down equipment or mirrors often but there was a used Zyn in a water fountain for a few days. A more frequent issue is the cleanliness of the saunas. There is often random trash under the benches in the sauna which makes you question how well or often they sanitize the floors in the spots that matter. Its like hmmmm, I saw that weird shaped paper towel there 3 days ago, how did that not get picked up. I have also never been in the sauna without someone bringing their phone in which isnt really the gyms fault as there is a small sign on the door asking people to not bring metal or plastic inside but it can be annoying.

West Coast Strength in Springfield is hands down one of the best gyms Ive been to. The equipment is high quality, the space is clean, and the overall atmosphere is super motivating without feeling intimidating. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they actually care about helping people get better. Whether youre new to lifting or more experienced, this place has everything you need. Been working with Donovan and he has absolutely leveled up my training. 10/10 would recommend.

I mostly go to the WCS Springfield and sometimes WCS Eugene. Lucky me to have 2 WCS gyms nearby. As a 74 year old, I have belonged to several gyms, but none compare to WCS! The thought that went into the design, equipment, trainers, and staff is phenomenal. With state of the art equipment, amazing classes and a staff that makes you feel like family, this has become my community.If you have the opportunity definitely check them out!
