I can't say enough wonderful things about this gym. My heart has been searching for an Adaptive specialized gym for years and I was absolutely stunned and ecstatic to see one in Reno.This is the first place that made me feel comfortable attempting to work out post-diagnosis. The coaches are wonderful (huge shout out to Kyla for her attentiveness and patience) and the members are so welcoming and lovely. I was also lucky enough to meet Greig the first day that I visited. I was so impressed by his knowledge of both the human body and adaptations needed. They have regular community gatherings outside of workouts as well.This is the best Crossfit gym that I have attended since leaving my home gym in Washington. Regardless of circumstance, I'm a fan for life.

Dropped in from out of town. I visit a good number of CrossFit gyms on the road and I loved the experience here. Great facility, potentially better community. Ill return next time Im in town.

Not my home gym but have visited several times; great people, great equipment, and a cool focus on adaptive athletes. Highly recommend.
