The Perfect Squat

Best place ever. I cant say enough good things about this business. They are intelligent, highly knowledgeable, professionals who will have you doing things you didnt even know you could do with your muscles. They know strength training and are excellent at diagnosing and helping with pain, so you get a trainer and physical therapist in one.While they have some great advertisements geared towards runners, they are not just for runners. My husband found them a few months ago and it was the best thing we could have found.

I started running May of 25 after being inactive for almost a decade post college. As you might expect, running after being inactive for a long period of time will cause issues and small injuries. On top of that, I deal with a life long neuro injury . Germain and Sara have helped me learn how to strengthen my core in order to prevent injuries in the legs , and meet my running goals. Ill be running my first half in May.

If you are a runner experiencing pain I cannot recommend Sara enough! After experiencing knee pain and instability while training for a mini marathon I made the investment for present and future self and reached out to The Perfect Squat. The experience has been lovely from our first phone meeting where Sara asked thoughtful questions to better understand my needs and make sure we were a good fit. The gym itself is welcoming and fun. I feel heard and celebrated every session we have. While I was nervous at first, I look forward to each session now! Our work together is focused on targeting the root of the problem. I feel stronger and run without pain now and we are only half way through. Trust the process and put in the work. My only regret is that I didn't get connected sooner!
