Love this facility. The staff are very nice. A great place for seniors to exercise and meet new people. The pool is wonderful and so are the instructors. They have land classes, and also a personal trainer if you want to work on gaining strength. The pool is extra, but you can join for free with Silver Sneakers. There is a locker room and showers available if needed.
