Planet Fitness: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

This is the first review I've ever made and probably the last but after seeing that my experience with the employee Brandon wasn't a standalone incident I feel the need to express the disrespect and negative environment he brings planet fitness. Two days in a row he has given me and my guests problems and the passive aggressive nature in his tone and flat out disrespect he has to the customers is insane. He is the epitome of corporate Greed. He didn't let my friend use the tanning bed because they were 30 MINUTES too early for the 24 hour timer and it seems like he always has a random company rule to either kick us out with no leeway or hinder our experience at this planet fitness. I've been too other planet fitnesses and even when they do have a problem with something they always allow for respectful compromise and discussion but Brandon makes it seem like the only thing this place cares about is getting your money while also wasting your time. Im not mad at Brandon for pulling every rule out of his book but I am upset that he feels the need to power trip and consistently put his own pride over the customers experience which I don't believe is the goal of planet fitness. I will not be coming back to this location despite its closer location because I'd rather go to a planet fitness that actually respects their customers regardless of color or sexuality and I'd rather go an hour out of my way then waste my entire day trying to get WHAT I PAID FOR at this planet fitness.
