Went here when I was visiting from out of town and I will be back anytime I am in the city. The staff is super friendly. The facility is clean and I really liked the layout (cardio area, plenty of squat racks, and turf to play around on). I did not take a yoga class or use the martial art area, but that seems like a big bonus!

This place is awesome! Ownership truly cares about their clients, unlike corporate spots. Highly recommend!
