Love the experience my son has gotten from this place. Ralph and Sarah are awesome people and mentors. my son is 15 he can deadlift around 400 lb and bench around 200 that's not what impresses me most his entire outlook on his self and life has improved greatly. The owners and members are family. the equipment definitely isn't what makes this place great, it's the people!!
