Stronger Together

I wanted to write something that is very special to me and close to my heart. I am celebrating 10 years of working out at the absolute best place to work out.I want to thank all of my amazing instructors past and present that I have had for 10 wonderful years. Each and every one of you have brought your own style. I love that so much. All of you have shown me so much love, respect,encouragement and support. I love you all! Writing this is bringing me tears of joy. I still get emotional after all these years. I am just in awe that it is my 10th anniversary.Ten years ago little did I know when I googled boot camp it would have such a huge impact on me. I was a new grandma and I knew I needed to make changes. I wasn't going to be that grandma who sat on the sidelines. I was going to be that grandma who went down the slide.It was immediate that I was contacted by Emily. We met and we talked about my goals. After talking with Emily I knew in my heart this is what I wanted to try. My first intention was to just lose the weight and then I would be done. But it was so much more then losing weight. I gained confidence and started to believe in myself.I was hooked from day one. Emily said to me in the beginning don't let your age stop you. And it didn't. That has stuck with me.I have faced some challenges with some of them being injuries and of course with my classes I missed because helping out with my granddaughter's. I have always had the dedication and determination. I continued to work out at home when I couldn't work out at the gym.When the ownership changed from Emily to Ashley I knew it was going to be awesome. I knew that we were getting another fierce leader. So much love and respect for you both.And here I am 10 years later stronger then ever.Thank you for all you do and I am so thankful for Stronger Together. 10 years of amazement.Love,Wendy

Stronger Together has honestly been the largest positive impact on my life!When I started at this gym a year ago, I was personally at a all-time low. I had a really hard time trying to get myself to a gym, I felt tired and rundown all the time, and I felt like I didn't have the confidence in my body that I used to. Ever since my first Resistance Training class, I have felt so welcomed into the community that this gym embodies. It is a space that I feel like I can pause life for an hour and just focus on challenging myself. I leave every class feeling not only challenged but accomplished and proud in that I can see the improvements week after week not only in the exercises that I'm doing but in how I eat, sleep, and think throughout the week. I can't imagine a future where Stronger Together isn't a part of my weekly routine.

The workouts are fun and challenging. I love that it is a gym by women for women. The support you feel the moment you walk in the door is like no other gym. The trainers truley do care about your goals and success.
