This review is about the basketball courts, they have gone down in quality so much since I first started coming here. They used to be shiny and pristine everytime I came now theyre always covered in dusk and we all just slide around on the court. I just bought brand new shoes and I am still having bad traction. The staff needs to clean these courts regularly but it seems like they hardly do it anymore. Would love to see them back in their former glory.

Love the gym itself, always clean and they are always helpful at the front desk!This review is about the pool director I think. I didn't catch her name but she was very rude over a misunderstanding. I don't know how to do a formal complaint but I would. I just do not see how being unprofessional and condescending would ever be the kind of customer relationship that Strom shoots for. Very disappointing as a student and someone who enjoys the opportunities Strom offers.

I love this gym. It has so many fun ways to exercise and friendly staff. The only problem I've had is that a lot of the lockers don't work, but I'm not taking off a star for that when there are plenty that do and this might be fixed in the ongoing renovations.
