AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS I absolutely love Spinsanity, Woodlyn PA and highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape. This small and private gym specializes in low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling classes as well as cardio and strength training along with TRX classes and so much more! I train here about 3-4 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. Its a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you wont be disappointed.

A little over a year ago I was looking for a local, class based gym to get back into working out. The first place I tried was Spinsanity, and I realized my search was over. I started with a class pack, and after a couple months, invested in the annual contract. Spinsanity offers stand alone weight and HIIT classes in addition to spin, and hybrid classes. My personal consistency has ebbed and flowed over the year, but I have always felt so welcomed by the community there. The owner Tiff is not only an amazing instructor but an awesome business woman that has fostered a culture of comfort and support!! So grateful to have found this place to work on my goals!
