By far the best gym I have ever been to The atmosphere and being around amazing people everyday it is one of the best unknown gyms in Arizona, would highly recommend I other bad reviews feel more like a personal thing, everbody is amazing here including the owner

Trained her for a couple months while I was in town between college semesters, loved it. Trainers are incredibly focused on personalized training and catering to your body. The owner, Jonnie, was also very nice and down to earth, always there to help or answer questions as well. All together, as someone who was reluctant to workout due to my own laziness and finding the right motivation, they all made it an enjoyable experience and pushed me to keep going while helping me see my achievements through their body scan machine. Was a great experience and would highly recommend giving it a try!!
