Training at SHP Athletes has been a huge help for my basketball game. I came in wanting to get stronger, faster, and more confident, and after a year, I definitely feel the difference. My first step is quicker, and I feel way more confident in games now. Big shoutout to Coach Levihes helped me stay focused and keep pushing. The vibe at SHP is chill but serious, and its a place that really helps you grow.

Training at SHP Athletes has been a game changer for my golf game. In just 6 months, Ive gotten way stronger and Im crushing way longer drives.
