Riverside Sports Academy

I have had both hips replaced and was concerned about not being able to take care of myself.. and im 71 years old.. Tim took me under his wing.. we have been working together to make sure I'm doing things the right way.. I tried to workout at home and I was making one of my hips hurt then it started affecting my back so then I knew I needed directions.. I have been with him for about 6/7 weeks and notice a huge difference I'm walking better, lost a few inches a bit of weight.. clothes are getting so big I had to give them away or donate.. Tim is always mindful about me hurting and pushes me just enough to help get me stronger.. I am seeing an nice improvement.. and cannot wait to see when he thinks im ready to learn some defensive skills.. I am a single woman and have some replacement parts (LOL) and am concerned about my safety and staying mobile.. I am so happy that I found Tim at Riverside Sport Academy.. I went there for a while it's a great place to learn Tim and Matt are patient with new comers they make you feel welcomed. The people there are awesome too. It's a great place to learn and still have fun. The coaches are great and so are the people. Great place and great people to me that makes the perfect place to learn boxing.
