Awesome gym! 24/7 access, never crowded, and always very clean. It has all the equipment you could need for any kind of workout, and even more. A welcoming environment, great music choices, and a professional team of trainers. Adam, the owner, creates a motivating and supportive atmosphere with a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended

In 30+ years of working out, I've been a member of more than a dozen gyms, and Red Fox is the definitely the best of all of them. First, there's the general atmosphere and vibe of the place: respectful, supportive, friendly and welcoming. Adam, the owner, has done a terrific job of creating a space where everyone can feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of fitness level, age, race, personal goals or anything else. If you're looking for a judgy, intimidating or in-your-face spot, you'll have to look somewhere else. Second, the staff are exceptional. If you want to come in, do your own thing, and not be hassled by anybody - awesome, the staff are low-key, professional and will never try to upsell you into training sessions, supplements or anything else. If you want incredibly high-quality personal training, whether to enhance your athletic performance and fitness, recover from an injury or surgery, or improve and preserve your long-term health and mobility - awesome, Adam and his folks are deeply knowledgeable and qualified, highly attentive and dedicated to helping you get to your goals, your way. I know this from personal experience, as I've personally cycled through all three of those sets of goals since joining Red Fox and it's suited my needs every time. Third, the equipment is high quality and thoughtfully curated so that, even though the gym isn't crammed with specialty machines, the right equipment is there to enable just about anyone to get the kind of workout they want. It is, in the best possible way, the "Goldilocks gym," not too extreme in any one way, but outstanding for a wide variety users. And finally, crowds: there are none. With a capped membership and 24/7 access, you're never waiting in a line to use a piece of equipment or lacking your personal space to do your thing.
