Small workout studio with classes that feel personal and are as intense as you want them to be—no more than 8 clients in a class.

Visiting town from AZ, wanted to get a good lift in and came across this gem. It’s a small group class focusing on compound lifting with heavy weight with a coach! Beginners & advanced would do great in this studio! Very friendly and helpful staff, too! 👏🏻 nice job putting together a stellar fitness studio!
