Bobby the owner is amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable and has helped train me for many months now. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am 20 pounds down with diet and the exercise plan he has set out for me.

My entire family has been working out with Bobby and his staff at Q Athletics for almost a year now and we HIGHLY recommend. He is one of, if not THE top trainer in the area. No matter what your goal is, he can help you get there. Bobby and his staff do not take a "one size fits all" approach. Give him a chance and I am sure you will never looking for another trainer again!
