Wonderful place to work out 24/7. Plenty of treadmills and stairsteppers and cycles, plus exercise machines targeting various muscles groups. And tons of freeweights. Literally. Part of the beauty is in its simplicity, and I appreciate the friendly vibes. It is not a big social scene, I always have a sense of privacy, even when there are people nearby. We're all just sweating away, getting stronger and healthier. For seniors on Medicare, it is amazingly inexpensive.
