My 8 year old is on his second kids CrossFit class and he loves it. They deliver a great message, a healthy mindset and keep these kids moving !!

Palm City CrossFit is an awesome gym, I dropped in down here since Im visiting my parents and I will absolutely be back tomorrow. The coaches are welcoming and helpful and the members are friendly and supportive.
