Opex Morgantown

The only gym/workout regimen that has kept me consistent. Everyone here is great! I’ll be sticking around for as long as I live in Morgantown.

Opex has been transformative for me over the last year. The training is science-based and personalized. The programming is constantly updated to help you achieve your goals. What has surprised me the most is how comprehensive it is. I feel like I have a trainer, a nutrition coach and a personal growth coach all in one place.

When I realized I needed to learn how to strength train and not hurt myself, I went looking for personal training and found OPEX. Technically, it’s not personal training, but honestly, it’s that and much, much more to me. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and there is always one of them supervising my workout. My personal coach, Chloe, has been a godsend. She’s so knowledgeable about many different aspects of health and has, with positivity and compassion, coached me for over a year. She programs all of my workouts, three or four a week, each one taking me a little over an hour to complete. Once a month, I get a 30 minute chat with Chloe where we review my goals, talk nutrition, and just discuss anything that needs to be fine-tuned. I really can’t think of what more OPEX could do. All my workouts are tailored exactly for me and exactly for where I am. And the best part is that I WANT to go. I’m one year in and it’s the only exercise program I’ve ever been consistent with. If you’re serious about improving your fitness, I don’t think there’s a better place.
