We couldnt be happier with our experience with Muscle Farm. Over the past 8 months, Tavis has made incredible progress and not just physically, but in his confidence and discipline as well. He genuinely loves coming in, pushing himself, and seeing the results of his hard work, which says everything about the environment Kyle and his team have created.Kyle and his Muscle Farm staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in the people they work with. They developed a customized plan specifically for Tavis to help him drop weight while building strength, and the progress hes made has been incredible! They take the time to teach proper technique, encourage growth, and make sure each person feels supported and motivated. Its clear they care deeply about their clients and take pride and helping them achieve all of their goals.What stands out the most is how much they care about both the results and the overall experience. They create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where hard work is encouraged and progress is celebrated. Muscle Farm is a great gym with fantastic staff. Not to mention the gym is always clean and has all the equipment necessary for your ideal workout. I love that they lay out a game plan for you and your personal goals. The app used to track all your data and exercises is very convenient for seeing progress and doing your workout right. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals.

Noah started training at Muscle Farm in August 2025, and the growth weve seen has been incredible. They focus on strength, power and conditioning with him.Since starting, Noah has gotten noticeably stronger, more flexible, and his balance has improved so much. On top of that, hes hit three home runs with Elite Baseballall ranging between 250270 feetand I know the training at Muscle Farm has played a huge role in that progress.A huge thank-you to Kyle Pratt and the entire Muscle Farm Team for taking the time with Noah, pushing him, encouraging him, and helping him grow.
