Was traveling and popped in for 3 morning classes a few weeks back. Really appreciated the warm welcome and hard workouts! Good cardio and weight trainingand fun to pick up a new stretch or two! Thanks to Jonathan & Tommy for the coaching! You all made Tulsa a great place to visit!Ill be back!
