If I could give no stars I would. The personal trainer Jeremey doesn’t know what he’s doing at all. My husband had been going to this gym 4 times a week 2 of those sessions are with the trainer and he has barely lost any of his belly and barely gained any muscle. He’s been going for over 6 months. Do not recommend this gym at all.

It needs a remodel. Could be a nicer environment. Bright orange and dark gray, ugh...Sorry but just overwhelmed by the ORANGE color everywhere! Definitely looks like a men's gym although a lot of women go here. For those that don't care for an aesthetically pleasing environment, they do have a lot of equipment. So you should be able to get as good a workout as you want in all areas. It also appears to be pretty clean for the most part. They also accept "Sneakers Program" for people on medicare which in my opinion is a great program!
