This isnt just a gym with workout classes, this is a community that supports one another. Tate Sorvig is an amazing human, his attitude and leadership sets the culture of this gym. Tates coaching staff share the same values as he does. Positivity isnt a strong enough word to describe it. Ive been a member for about 10 years. I will be a member as long as this place exists (or as long as I exist). From weight lifting to balance exercises, running, to self defense, this place will teach it all. If you want to be healthy, fit, and learn the correct way to move, this is the only place to go!

Tate and his coaches are amazing! The workouts at GNFA are amazing and specifically programmed. The community at GNFA is great and we love to cheer each other on. If you are considering joining a gym, reach out to Tate!
