I am very new to CrossFit, and in just 10 weeks Im already seeing significant improvements in my strength, endurance and lifting ability. The program is challenging yet well-structured with options for beginners, with plenty of weekday and weekend class options for both early birds and evening workout enthusiasts. All the coachesMatt, Jen, Kyle, and Steveare highly knowledgeable and consistently prioritize individual safety and proper technique. The coaching attention makes a big difference, especially for beginners. If your goal is weight loss, muscle building or improving endurance and a place around Rocky hill, CT, Golden Goose CrossFit is definitely worth trying. You wont be disappointed.
