Worked out here earlier this week w Coach Kendall! She was such a great instructor. She was very kind and supportive with this being my first time. I learned a lot, and best of all, I had a great workout! This is a great gym for anyone who likes to move around, regardless of prior experience w boxing. Everyone at the gym was friendly and encouraging! Just book a class, youll be glad you did!

I LOVE gauntlet!! The workouts are challenging but fun and the coaches are great!!

Great fitness classes for an overall full body workout. The kickboxing part is good for cardio as well as technique. The instructors are phenomenal and are alway helpful with assistance or any modifications needed.
