G-Theory CrossFit

G-Theory CrossFit is the kind of gym where you can tell people genuinely care. The coaching is thoughtful and approachable, with clear explanations and intentional scaling options so everyone can train hard at their own level. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and the community is supportive and encouraging. It’s a place that pushes you while still making you feel welcome and supported. :-)

I’ve been part of a handful of gyms over the years, and G Theory CrossFit has been the best! The community is amazing, and whether you’re new or experienced, you instantly feel welcomed. It honestly feels like a family, which is something I’ve never really had at a gym before. The coaches are super helpful and always willing to work with you on form, scaling options, or adjustments for injuries, and they keep the focus on becoming a healthier you instead of lifting the most weight or being the fastest. They really drill the fundamentals, and the progress naturally follows. Coach Casey has made the gym one of my favorite places to be, and I’m pretty bummed to be moving away. I couldn’t recommend a better gym in the area, and it’s even more exciting that they might be adding a juice bar soon! Definitely give them a try!

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative exercises if you have mobility issues. So much of CrossFit is about mobility, and not necessarily strength. The coaches at G-Theory are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about proper form above anything else. Its members are encouraging and welcoming, making each work out enjoyable. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to have fun while exercising and be a part of a wonderful community.
