Fitness CF: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

I’ve been a member at Fitness CF for a while, and I have to say — the improvements have been amazing! The new machines and upgrades are a game changer. I’ve also worked with a few personal trainers here in the past, and shoutout to Juliana — she’s incredible! Thanks to her, I now follow a much better routine and feel more confident in my workouts. If you ever feel lost (because let’s be real, the gym can be overwhelming sometimes), definitely schedule a session with a personal trainer — it makes all the difference! The staff is super helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I usually go at night, and the night staff is awesome — friendly, professional, and always keeping the place in great shape. Other than that, it’s just a great gym to have in our area!

*I gave this rating back on 2019* Explanation for you guys since you clearly are shady and on top are playing the “I don’t know” card. Can see my account NOW but wasn’t able to see it back in 2019? Super weird. I went for a “Promo” back in 2019, it was an evaluation and if I was interested in “Personal Trainer” I can choose a package for the service. I went in, I did the evaluation, felt treated like another bill more since everything “professional trainers” we’re discussing was the package plan payments but, not a “plan” to really sell it. I went to the counter and enrolled since I kinda liked what you guys had as a gym (no trainers). I went couple times, everything was fine until I received an alert about $800 dollars charge made by Fitness CF- Clermont. I called asking if it was a misunderstanding but my call kept being passing thru to people… I went personally to understand what happened, mind you I had been one month already on the gym but my account can’t be found. Later turns out I “enrolled” for personal trainer, I explained I didn’t but she show me papers… The contract clearly had a signature but it wasn’t my signature, when I try to explain, another lady was complaining about the same. One of the personal trainers was called by receptionist, he was the same one that enrolled the lady and me since his name was on the papers. He talked to the lady and me and said that “ We immigrants, need to know our place to stop complaining and creating “drama” and if we can’t then go back to Mexico”… I’m not even Mexican, born and raised in US. I called but the manager stated that the employees already spoke with him and he already know about the issue, sadly there’s nothing he can do… So, the account is on “Collections” cause I was enrolled on a “Personal Trainer” package that I NEVER AGREED AND/OR USED, was signed by who knows who cause I WASN’T THE ONE THAT SIGNED.
