Moved to Omaha 6 months ago and was trying to find a good place to workout and start a personal training program. I'm a runner and wanted to start learning how to lift weights. Anyway, I attempted to call and received no answer and sent an email and was ignored. Nothing to get bent out of shape for and I just moved on and found a different gym that would answer their phone. Recently tried to give them another chance and still no answer on the phone, but I did receive a follow up from a man named Lee. I told him my work schedule and he told me he couldn't work with me. Again, no big deal, however didn't send me to anyone else or attempt to contact me. A few weeks later, messages me and without really discussing basically pushed me to a 5am workout time. I agreed bc I heard good things and was trying my best to be accommodating. Then, after all that, messages me within 24 hours to cancel. Again, not offering a different coach to work with. Maybe they get five stars once they actually get people in the building. But, really haven't ever been so disrespected during an inquiry phase. Was going to let it go, but with how I was treated and seeing that they have five stars. I had to say something.
