Fire & Water Fitness

I have been working out at F&W for multiple years now. The owner/coach is very knowledgeable about exercise science and fitness programs. The workouts are fun and will fit a wide range of levels. You have options for kickboxing, strength training, and yoga. You have multiple options for workout times from early in the morning, midday and evening classes 5-6 days a week. There are special classes on some Sundays and options to join outdoor activities like hiking off and on. I havent had a class there that I havent enjoyed. The members are close knit and accepting of all comers. Highly recommend checking this place out. If I could give higher than five stars I would for sure!

Great instructor! He's very knowledgeable, but also funny and upbeat. He pays attention to his students and works with them to ensure proper form usage. Class is fun and energetic; before you know it, class is over! I look forward to my 5 classes a week.

They pay attention to every detail, encourage you every step of the way, and make you feel like part of a community from day one. The classes are challenging in the best way possible always pushing you to grow, but with tons of support and motivation.Since joining, my fitness and overall wellness levels have improved drastically Ive lost over 30 pounds and gained a whole new level of confidence. Fire and Water Fitness isnt just a gym, its a life-changing experience!
