Been here less than two months and already seeing and feeling the mind/body results. Coach Shea & Coach Mike are the absolute BEST and the community is super welcoming. Joining FCP was the best decision I made all year :-)

Coach Mike is amazing, so is the rest of his staff. If you want someone to hold you accountable while pushing you to your greatest potential, I highly recommend you come here. Theres an amazing sense of community and support. Great class energy! Its also a fun way to get shredded and let out some aggression.
