Anthony has really helped me lose weight and get in shape. As a former professional body builder and marine, he really knows his stuff. I also really appreciate his easy style, focus on safety, variety, and keeping my strenght training sane to protect my over 50 joints.

If you’re looking for a gym with a welcoming environment, try Ferguson! I’ve seen a couple of local gyms close over the past few years and one of the common denominators is ownership (or lack of ownership). Anthony and Johanna (the owners) are heavily involved in the daily operations and actually care about fostering a community vs. the bottom line. PS- Anthony is a character and will pitch you his business ideas in between sets, but it’s a small price to pay for an awesome community 😉
