Battle CrossFit

I joined Battle a little over 4 months ago at age 50.i was nervous and intimidated by CrossFit The coaching team made me feel very welcomed and at ease and the on ramp training is 1 on 1 with a coachyou are not just thrown in with full classes , after on ramp you join regular classes, what I didnt realize is that just about every movement can be scaled, meaning there are different variations. I quickly learned you can work at your own pace but also be pushed by the coaches if need be! Overall CrossFit has been amazing and I would recommend anyone thinking about itjust do it! You wont regret it!
