The best gym in Miami! Ive been coming here for years usually multiple times per week or sometimes even every day during one week and every single time the workout has been different and challenging. Whether if Im in a morning group fitness class or an afternoon lifting session, Herv always takes the time to customize the workout to fit my needs, even if youre injured or need modifications for any reason. Ive never had that level of personal attention at a fitness studio before. Plus I love that you workout for the full hour and can even stay longer if youd like to do extra or stretch afterwards. You always feel very welcomed and comfortable. Im so happy I found this gym. I genuinely look forward to going every day!

I discovered this gem on ClassPass, and its truly a standout! The owner is incredibly welcoming and kind, creating such a positive vibe. Its more challenging than Orangetheory and F45, yet a bit more affordable. I highly recommend checking it outyou wont regret it!
