Welcome to GymDues. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gymdues.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by GymDues (“GymDues,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) What GymDues provides


GymDues provides information and tools related to gyms, memberships, pricing, locations, and related content. Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.


Not affiliated: Unless explicitly stated, GymDues is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any gym brand listed on the Site.



2) Eligibility


You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.



3) Accounts 


If you create an account:

  • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • You’re responsible for activity under your account.


We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.



4) Acceptable use

7) User content



If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, data corrections, photos) (“User Content”):

We may remove User Content at any time.
