I started coming to classes with Anabel in late October. I love that the energy is ecstatic!! This place is all one hopes for when coming into a zumba class. The environment is welcoming and non judgmental. The participants are also very friendly. I have learned so much from Anabel. It is not just about exhilarating movements, great music selections, or dance, this is a community based on support and wellness. Everyone here is rooting for one another. I am so grateful that I have Anabel as my inspiration to better myself. This is the place see and where to be!!!
