I’ve been training here for a little over 6 months and love being a member of this gym and community. Highly knowledgeable and passionate instructors who genuinely care about helping their students improve. The gym is clean which was very important to me when selecting a place to train. Can’t recommend this gym enough.

Very friendly staff. Been going for five months and love it. Even got my coworker to sign up. Great spot to start your jiu jitsu journey!

Great place to train! I started about a year ago. I was looking for something new and was tired of the same old … gym, running, etc. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first… thought maybe I was too old for this (49). But the staff is great, you train at your level, fun clases, and you learn an awesome new skill. If you’re reading… you should do it👍
