I will continue to use this ymca for convenience and maybe change my review in the future. But currently one staff member specifically was very rude around 7:30 when I wanted to purchase a guest pass for my cousin. He said we close in 10 minutes and laughed at us. So I decided to leave and take him to iron asylum where they want business. This took place Friday March 20th 2026. @7:30-7:35pm

YMCA of Portsmouth is very unorganized, with poor communication about schedules and frequent last-minute changes. Practices and games feel unstructured, and overall it doesnt provide good value for the money.
