My wife and I go there to workout and get cleaned up. It has all the equipment we need and the showers are normally always clean, but there have, been, people that have used the bathrooms and showers that haven't cleaned up after theirselves. We / I have usually taken care of it and left the bathroom and shower clean. Thats ok though. Everyone is really nice there and easy to talk to. I'm currently taking some guitar lessons there and the instructor Tara is very knowledgeable and patient with us older folks and very respectful. I like her. She does a great job along with everyone else. Over all, a good place to be. I thank them for their services.

I took my first class with Jenna on Saturday morning and it was awesome! High intensity for those of us that desire it, lots of modifications for beginning yogis. She had great energy and good sequencing. If you want a true Vinyasa class at the Y that is challenging and fun, this one is for you!
