Great gym. Never crowded and super clean. All of the staff and members are super friendly.

the most welcoming staff and instructors! Brand new cardio equipment, lots of options for free weights/dumbbells. Other machines are older, but I don't really use them. I absolutely love coming here!

They just cut the fitness center size in half and expanded the therapy center. All of the new equipment they just purchased is not allowed to be used by anybody with a gym membership. Only if you go there for therapy, The rest of the equipment is all from the 1900sThis is an absolute slap in the face to Everyone on the east end of town that relied on this place for fitness.They talked about investing in the gym, but they really just meant the physical therapy area, and they expanded it at the expense of the people paying monthly
