I absolutely love the Buehler YMCA! I've been a member for over 2 years and my family has been pretty involved. My toddler attends gymnastics classes, I regularly go to the fitness center and also enjoy personal training services (Erin is the best!) and recently had an amazing birthday party for my son in their child care area that everyone enjoyed. Highly recommended!My only suggestion is to talk with the staff before finalizing any swim classes for your kids, ask them about the ages of the other kids in the class. They organize them by skill level regardless of age, and my sensitive 3 year old was placed in an intro class with some much bigger kids. When it came time to splash around in the water, the bigger kids (understandably) splashed like crazy and scared my son, and he refused to ever go back in the water. We switched him to a class with kids his age (didn't know to ask about that) and he still refused to go in the water despite the instructor's best efforts. So, remember to ask about the ages of the other kids in the class you're interested in. It never occurred to me to do this.
