My husband and I joined in July. Everytime but twice we've tried to use our membership the pool has been closed with no communication online -on their website or FB- of the closing. We were warned by our friends not to join because of the lack of pool availability, we should've listened. Poor communication, lack of facility, poor management. We're cancelling.
