I swam here as a kid and now got my family going here for the gym and pool. My son enjoys the summer power program.

I'm very happy to have had Hunter Hubert for my personal trainer for the past year. He adjusts workouts to my abilities (I'm an older adult) but still challenges me to push myself. He brings new exercises every week and is fun to work with. I'm really pleased with the progress I've made in 12 months and plan to make this a life-long pursuit. Working out with Hunter is definitely a highlight of my week. I'm so glad he's part of the Southdale YMCA team!

This Y location is truly one of the best. Ally at the front desk is so welcoming, warm, and friendly and made me feel instantly at home there. She helped walk me through how to get a membership and guest passes and gave me a tour of the building. Ally is so delightful and makes this Y a better place!
