This review is for Ken, according to him I am a wise guy for having him give me incorrect information 3 times. All I wanted to know is if my membership can be transferred from the Potter park location. To the Venice location. I had to call 6 times to the Venice location to get anyone on the phone. I am then told my membership is good and come on in. I got a return call from Ken saying wait its going to be a up charge from 44- 58, told him no problem. (Silly as they have the same sign on the door). He then calls back again admitting another mistake and that my membership is not correct and its another up charge. At this point we have had to make 9 phone calls to make sure I can go to a gym Ive been a member at for over 3 years. And Im having to pay more. I asked Ken for a free month to make it right as the incorrect information makes me think he doesnt know what hes doing. Just a little service as its obviously been way below standard. After calling me a wise guy over 10 times he finally hung up the phone when he refused to give a free month. Hoping the location can make the right choice here I will remove the review after its corrected.
