Ive only been a member less than a year and four times the leg extension machine has been broken and for weeks it takes to fix it. The problem isnt being expedited nor have they bought a second one to alleviate the issue of not having this machine for use. The cheap price isnt worth it when things are broken repeatedly

I enjoy this place for quick workouts when Im short on time & my kid LOVES it because of the swim classes. When she turns 10 she shall be able to work out with us as well. Ive been to other YMCAS & This one definitely is the nicest looking because of the back bay view, I only wish they had basketball courts Available for use.
